Carbex was formed as a specialized tool & cutter manufacturing company with an aim to meet the increased tooling demands of the engineering industry throughout the UK.
We believe that in order to achieve the best possible performance from modern machine tools the tooling setup in that particular machine for the job being undertaken requires careful consideration.
The strong points of the business were quickly identified as being a personal, yet professional service to all its customers, flexibility, and quality of manufactured products. Together with careful management of these qualities and a steady reinvestment in up to date plant and equipment, Carbex now offers a comprehensive tooling service to a wide range of industries in an ever more demanding market.

We have the capability to produce consistent, repeatable products and services for today’s ever more demanding market. Our laser marking is to the highest standards and can be tailored to customer requirements. The business is situated in the West Midlands and is ideally placed to service a wide range of manufacturing industries within the UK. Located on The Wallows Industrial Estate, Brierley Hill, in a modern industrial unit, we are able to keep overheads at a minimum and offer a very comprehensive and competitive service.
